血清胆红素浓度升高是一个重要的临床表现,可由多种疾病所致。探讨高胆红素血症病人的病因及发病率,有助于鉴别诊断。1978年7月—1980年6月,各科共收(住院)高胆红素血症523例。现将其病因及发病率分析如下。
