报告１例老年女性慢性中性粒细胞性白血病患者，在诊断４年后发生急变而死亡，为国内第一例报告。复习文献中报告的８例ＣＮＬ急变患者，讨论ＣＮＬ发生急变与其克隆性，染色体异常、基固重排以及骨髓增生异常综合征特征的关系。
One case of chronic neutrophilic leukemia in elderly women was reported to have undergone sudden changes after 4 years of diagnosis. This was the first report in China. Review 8 cases of CNL patients with acute transformation reported in the literature to discuss the relationship between sudden change of CNL and its clonality, chromosomal abnormalities, base-solid rearrangement, and characteristics of myelodysplastic syndrome.
