目的 观察聚能刀治疗肺癌的的效果。方法 在CT引导下准确将电极针杆插入肿瘤内部,每个靶区治疗时间5~15 min,小于3.5 cm的肿块一次杀灭,大于3.5 cm的肿块分多点杀灭。结果 术后1~2周经PET证实聚能刀的作用范围仅局限于3.5 cm左右,对作用范围内的组织可完全杀灭,对杀灭范围以外的正常组织无损伤。普通胸片和CT均显示聚能刀治疗后肿瘤阴影有所增大。结论 聚能刀可有效杀灭肺部肿瘤,PET是评价聚能刀治疗近期局部疗效的最佳手段。
Objective To observe the effect of concentrating knife on lung cancer. Methods The needles were inserted into the tumor accurately under the guidance of CT. The treatment time was 5 to 15 minutes for each target area. The masses smaller than 3.5 cm were killed once and the masses larger than 3.5 cm were killed at multiple points. Results After 1 to 2 weeks after operation, the range of the condensing knife was confirmed to be limited to about 3.5 cm. The tissue within the affected area could be completely killed, and no damage was caused to the normal tissues outside the scope of the killing. Both normal chest X-ray and CT showed that the shadow of the tumor after treatment with a knife increased. Conclusion Concentrating knives can effectively kill lung tumors. PET is the best means to evaluate the efficacy of concentrating knives in treating local curative effects in the near future.
