本文报告前列腺摘除术时将制备的马勃粉5～15g填塞于前列腺囊内止血,共60例收到满意效果。除个别病例外,只经尿道放置18～24号普通导尿管或完全废除。革除了耻骨上膀胱内引流管和反复持续冲洗膀胱。前列腺囊内马勃粉经尿道随尿流排出体外,残留者被吸收,不堵塞尿路,不引起感染,尿路狭窄和形成结石。术后口服中药代茶饮或静脉输液冲洗尿路。肉眼血尿多于3天左右消失,无术后再出血病例。本法可早期拔除导尿管,减轻患者痛苦,节省输血量,简化了手术和护理。
