采用B-S相场模型研究了二元合金定向凝固过程中抽拉速度和温度梯度两种凝固参数对界面形态演化、溶质分布、溶质截留及界面稳定性的影响.模拟结果再现了随抽拉速度和温度梯度的变化凝固界面形态发生深胞→浅胞→平界面的演化过程,比较了不同抽拉速度和不同温度梯度下一次间距、沟槽深度以及有效溶质分配系数等参数,预测了高抽拉速度和高温度梯度条件下的绝对稳定性,模拟结果与M-S稳定性理论吻合良好.
