目的:研究天然植物苦豆子的生物碱衍生物9002#对IRM-2纯系小鼠淋巴瘤及乳腺癌的体内抑瘤作用。方法:建立荷瘤小鼠模型,以腹腔给药方式给予2个不同剂量的药物水溶液,观察瘤质量和体质量,测定抑瘤率。结果:经重复试验,9002#有一定的抑瘤作用。对淋巴瘤,剂量50mg/(kg·d)×10天,抑瘤率51.3%~53.5%(t=4.04,3.30;P均<0.01);剂量150mg/(kg·d)×10天,抑瘤率31.3%~35.7%(t=2.22,2.49;P均<0.05)。对乳腺癌,剂量50mg/(kg·d)×10天,抑瘤率57.1%(t=2.63;P<0.01);剂量150mg/(kg·d)×10天,抑瘤率48.6%(t=2.19;P<0.01)。结论:9002#对IRM-2纯系小鼠移植肿瘤有一定的抑制作用,尤以50mg/(kg·d)×10天剂量组对移植瘤效果较明显,有潜在的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antitumor effect of Alkaloid Derivative 9002 # of Sophora alopecuroides, a natural plant, on the in vivo anti-IRM-2 mouse lymphoma and breast cancer. Methods: A tumor-bearing mouse model was established. Two different doses of drug aqueous solution were given intraperitoneally to observe the tumor mass and body weight, and the tumor inhibition rate was determined. Results: After repeated experiments, 9002 # has a certain anti-tumor effect. The inhibitory rate of 51.3% -53.5% (t = 4.04, 3.30; P <0.01) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) The tumor rates ranged from 31.3% to 35.7% (t = 2.22, 2.49; P <0.05 respectively). For breast cancer, the inhibition rate was 57.1% (t = 2.63; P <0.01) at dose of 50 mg / (kg · d) × 10 days and the inhibition rate was 48.6% (t = 2.19; P <0.01). CONCLUSION: 9002 # can inhibit the transplanted tumor of IRM-2 mice in a certain extent. Especially the 50mg / (kg · d) × 10dose group has obvious effect on the transplanted tumor and has potential clinical value.
