随着网络等新媒体的不断扩张,传统纸媒面临巨大挑战。中国报纸广告的市场份额呈现出持续减少的趋势。报业经营如何重拾良好发展态势,发挥传统媒体的优势、开展多渠道合作是一个行之有效的手段。本文拟从报业战略联盟、报业与企业的新合作模式、报业多渠道合作中的风险防范等几个方面出发,解析现代报业经营中的多渠道合作。
With the continuous expansion of new media such as the Internet, traditional paper and media are facing enormous challenges. The market share of Chinese newspaper ads shows a decreasing trend. How to regain the sound development trend of newspaper business, give full play to the advantages of traditional media and carry out multi-channel cooperation is an effective means. This article intends to analyze the multi-channel cooperation in the modern newspaper industry from several aspects such as strategic alliance of newspaper industry, new mode of cooperation between newspaper industry and enterprises and risk prevention in multi-channel cooperation of newspaper industry.
