应用与癌基因相关蛋白对48例肺癌进行检测。结果显示,3种癌蛋白在肺癌中的表达均呈升高趋势。表明肺癌的发生是一个多步骤多基因的改变。结果还表明,肺鳞癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ组组的P53、P21和C-erbB-2的表达相比较、有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。肺腺癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ级组的P53、P21和C-erbB-2的表达相比较,差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在癌转移病例中,转移组与未转移组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示,3种蛋白均参与了肺癌的发生和发展,具有不同的生物学作用。
Application and oncogene-related protein detection of 48 cases of lung cancer. The results showed that the expression of the three oncoproteins in lung cancer showed an increasing trend. It shows that the occurrence of lung cancer is a multi-step, multi-gene change. The results also showed that the expression of P53, P21, and C-erbB-2 in lung squamous cell carcinoma I-II and III groups was significantly different (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The expressions of P53, P21 and C-erbB-2 in lung adenocarcinoma between I and II and III were significantly different (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In metastatic cases, the difference between the metastatic group and the non-metastatic group was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It is suggested that all three proteins are involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer and have different biological effects.
