721型分光光度计广泛用于工厂、矿山、医院及科研单位的化验室,在可见光谱区范围内(360~800nm)进行定量比色分析用。其工作原理可以简述为:不同物质的溶液,溶液的不同浓度,对可见光具有不同的吸收选择性。当单色光通过某一溶液时,其光谱变化反映在光电管上会产生不同的电流变化讯号。这个“讯号”经放大后,可以在电流表上直观地反映出来。经过其它技术处理,就可以确定某溶液的某些特性。本文仅对其电气原理进行分析,并结合维修工作中的实际,探讨一些常见故障的检修方法。 由后附的电子系统原理图可知,该机电路主要由三部分组成。一是放大器稳压电源电路;二是放大器电路;三是钨灯稳压电路。另外,附加了一个电源指示电路,仅由变压器一组次级线圈及6V电珠组成。下面就分别介绍其工作原理及常见故障的检修方法。
The 721 spectrophotometer is widely used in laboratories of factories, mines, hospitals, and research institutes for quantitative colorimetric analysis in the visible spectral range (360-800 nm). Its working principle can be briefly described as follows: different substances in solution, different concentrations of solutions, have different absorption selectivity for visible light. When monochromatic light passes through a solution, its spectral changes reflected in the photocell will produce different current change signals. This “signal” is amplified and can be visually reflected on the ammeter. Through other technical processes, certain characteristics of a solution can be determined. This article only analyzes its electrical principle, and combines the actual work in the maintenance work, discusses the troubleshooting methods of some common faults. According to the attached schematic diagram of the electronic system, the circuit of the aircraft is mainly composed of three parts. One is the amplifier regulated power supply circuit; the second is the amplifier circuit; and the third is the tungsten lamp voltage regulator circuit. In addition, a power indication circuit is attached, consisting of only a set of secondary coils of the transformer and 6V beads. The following describes the working principle and troubleshooting methods for common faults.
