今年起,按照原卫生部《预包装食品营养标签通则》的规定,老百姓日常购买的速冻水饺、饮料、薯片、咸菜、酱油等食品均应在包装上印上营养标签。蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钠及能量等营养元素的具体含量一目了然。不过,很多消费者表示看不懂营养标签,尤其是营养素参考值(NRV)让人一头雾水。
