本文研究了电磁软接触结晶器连铸传热凝固特点。用金属Sn模拟钢液,测定了在连铸过程中的温度场、初始凝固点和坯壳厚度,得到了电磁场对它们影响的基本规律,分析了它们对铸坯表面质量的影响。结果表明,在电磁场的作用下,液相区内的金属温度趋于均匀,初始凝固点降低,初生坯壳变薄,铸坯表面质量明显改善。
In this paper, the electromagnetic continuous casting mold heat transfer coagulation characteristics. The metal Sn was used to simulate the molten steel. The temperature field, the initial solidification point and the thickness of the shell during the continuous casting process were measured. The basic laws of the influence of the electromagnetic field on them were obtained. Their effects on the surface quality of the slab were analyzed. The results show that under the action of electromagnetic field, the temperature of the metal in the liquid region tends to be uniform, the initial solidification point decreases, the primary shell becomes thinner, and the surface quality of the slab improves obviously.
