随着现代企业制度的不断完善,企业越来越重视内部控制和风险管理工作。油田企业是能源型企业,在我国也属于垄断企业。每天资金量较大,涉及的经济业务较多,如何实现企业的持续高速发展,首先需要有完善的内部控制制度和风险管理机制。本文围绕企业内部控制与风险管理,分别介绍了相关概念,分析了油田企业在内部控制和风险管理过程中存在的主要问题,重点研究了油田企业强化内部控制,加强风险防范的措施。
With the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise system, enterprises pay more and more attention to internal control and risk management. Oilfield enterprises are energy-based enterprises, which are also monopolies in our country. Large amount of funds per day, involving more economic business, how to achieve sustained and rapid development of enterprises, we must first have a sound internal control system and risk management mechanism. This paper focuses on the internal control and risk management of enterprises, introduces the related concepts respectively, analyzes the main problems existing in the process of internal control and risk management of oilfield enterprises, and focuses on the measures for oilfield enterprises to strengthen internal control and enhance risk prevention.
