目的了解玉米肽糙米胚芽片对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用并讨论其作用机制。方法雌性SD大鼠随机分为5组,分别为低(400 mg/kg·bw)、中(1 200 mg/kg·bw)和高(2 400 mg/kg·bw)剂量组,阴性对照组和酒精性肝损伤模型对照组。3个剂量组连续45 d分别给予不同剂量的受试物,阴性对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水。试验期末将模型对照组和各剂量组造肝损伤模型,并进行生化指标检测及组织病理学检查,观察玉米肽糙米胚芽片对肝损伤的保护作用。结果玉米肽糙米胚芽片连续45 d经口灌胃给予动物后,其对动物的生长发育无不良影响。与酒精性肝损伤模型对照组比较,在酒精性肝损伤模型建立的基础上,能显著降低中、高剂量组动物肝匀浆中MDA和TG含量,并增加GSH含量,且肝细胞脂肪变性减轻。结论玉米肽糙米胚芽片能降低乙醇对肝的损伤,对酒精性肝损伤具有辅助保护功能,能降低乙醇对肝的损伤。
Objective To understand the protective effect of corn peptide brown rice germ tablet on alcoholic liver injury and to discuss its mechanism. Methods Female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: low (400 mg / kg · bw), middle (1200 mg / kg · bw) and high (2.400 mg / kg · bw) And alcoholic liver injury model control group. Three doses of 45 consecutive days were given different doses of test substance, negative control group and model control group given distilled water. At the end of the experiment, model control group and each dose group were induced with liver injury model, biochemical detection and histopathological examination were performed to observe the protective effect of corn peptide brown rice germ tablet on liver injury. Results Corn gluten brown rice germ tablets were orally administered to animals for 45 consecutive days without adverse effects on animal growth and development. Compared with alcoholic liver injury model control group, on the basis of establishment of alcoholic liver injury model, the content of MDA and TG in liver homogenate of medium and high dose group can be significantly reduced, the content of GSH increased, and the fatty degeneration of hepatocyte decreased . Conclusion Corn peptide brown rice germ tablet can reduce the damage of ethanol to liver, and has the auxiliary protection function to alcoholic liver injury, which can reduce the damage of ethanol to liver.
