病人接受抗生素治疗后有时会出现腹泻与肠炎等并发症。近年来经过大量研究观察,证明抗生素诱发性结肠炎大多是由难辨梭状芽胞杆菌在肠管内过度生长并产生毒素所致~[1,2]。 本文报道本院自1982年10月至1983年3月间发现的11刚抗生素诱发性结肠炎,重点讨论其临床、实验室诊断及治疗。
Patients sometimes have diarrhea and enteritis after taking antibiotics. In recent years, after a large number of studies have shown that antibiotic-induced colitis is mostly caused by Clostridium difficile overgrowth in the intestine and toxin-induced ~ [1,2]. This article reports 11 hospitalized antibiotics-induced colitis found in our hospital from October 1982 to March 1983 with a focus on clinical, laboratory diagnosis and treatment.
