就业、出国和考研一直是大学生毕业时流向的三个传统的主渠道。件随我国市场经济的不断发展与完善,相应的体制和机制的变革,为毕业生提供的发展空间和展现自己才华的舞台也随之扩大,大学生就业渠道反映出多元化的态势。其中,自主创业是新时期大学生就业过程中的一种新选择,是对传统就业观念的一种挑战,成为毕业生流向社会的一个全新的、更高层次的就业方式。这一新的就业模式对人才的成长、社会的贡献,尤其是可以直接为大学生创造更多的就业机会,引起社会和高校的关注。那么,大学生创业应该具备哪些基本素质?大学生在校期间如何做好创业能力、素质的准备呢?就此,笔者仅谈几点粗浅的看法,供立志创业的大学生参考。
Employment, overseas study and PubMed have been the three traditional main channels for college graduates to graduate from. With the continuous development and improvement of the market economy in our country, the corresponding changes in the system and mechanism, the development space for graduates and the stage to show their talents have also been expanded. The employment channels for college students reflect a diversified trend. Among them, self-employment is a new choice of college students in the new era of employment, a challenge to the traditional concept of employment, a gradual flow to the community a new, higher level of employment. This new mode of employment for talent growth, social contribution, especially for college students can create more employment opportunities, aroused the concern of society and colleges and universities. So, what are the basic qualities of college students entrepreneurship? How to do a good job of entrepreneurship ability, quality preparation? In this connection, the author only talked about a few superficial opinions for aspiring college students for reference.
