汉末魏晋,政治的动荡与社会的混乱及由此导致的生命短暂,使士人萌生了对自身生命的自觉意识,开始更加关注自我生命的价值与自由的生活审美体验。本文通过魏晋士人的休闲方式、内容、心态等来观照其自身内在的自由气度和人格,尝试从审美与休闲的角度去解读魏晋士人对自身生命美的领悟与休闲境界。魏晋士人通过个人的审美与休闲生活,将自身的生命、人格、气度赋予了鲜明独立的审美价值,由此显示休闲生活风貌之非凡风度与极致放达,使魏晋风度成为中国历史上士人审美与休闲极为自觉、极有个性的生命境界。
In the end of the Han Dynasty and the Wei and Jin Dynasties, political turmoil and social chaos and the resulting short-lived life caused the scholar to initiate a conscious awareness of his own life and begin to pay more attention to the value of self-life and the aesthetic experience of life. Through the leisure style, content and mentality of Wei and Jin scholars, this essay tries to interpret the intrinsic freedom and personality of the Wei and Jin scholars and try to interpret the aesthetic and leisure perspectives of the Wei and Jin scholars on the beauty and life of their own lives. Through personal aesthetic and leisure life, Wei and Jin scholars imparted their own life, personality and grace with distinct and independent aesthetic values. This shows that the extraordinary demeanor and ultimate demeanor of leisure life make the Wei and Jin dynasties become the masters of Chinese history Aesthetic and leisure are very conscious, very personal realm of life.
