近来,网络晒客成为网络时代的新兴群体,其中,校园晒客成为引领网络晒客的重要力量。文章从心理学角度对这一现象进行了分析研究,主要探讨了校园晒客产生和发展的心理原因,并从塑造健全人格、形成正确的自我观、具有适当的成就动机、学会科学的时间管理四个方面提出建议,以期对校园晒客的全面发展提供思路,也为高校为大学生的网络心理健康教育提供参照依据。
Recently, the internet sunk became an emerging group in the Internet age. Among them, the campus sunk became an important force in leading the network sunbathe. This article analyzes and studies this phenomenon from the perspective of psychology. It mainly discusses the psychological reasons for the emergence and development of sun-tankers on campus. From the angle of shaping perfect personality, forming a correct outlook on self, having appropriate achievement motivation and learning scientific time management Four aspects put forward the suggestion, in order to provide an idea for all-round development of sun-off campus, and also provide a reference basis for college’s network mental health education for undergraduates.
