集体林股份制是集体林区林业社会化大生产的产物;是重塑集体林业经济微观主体以完成旧体制向林产品计划市场经济转轨,推动林业生产力进一步发展的一种形式。福建三明市林业委员会于1983年在清流县沙芜塘村,明溪县柏亨村建立了林业股东会和林业股份公司。以“分股不分山,分利不分林”的原则,将全市2826万亩林地,有64.9%分属于1707个乡村林业股东会,有效地制止了滥砍乱伐,提高了林业经济效益和生态效益。
The shareholding system of collective forest is the product of large-scale socialization of forestry in collective forestry. It is also a form of reshaping the micro-main body of collective forestry economy to complete the transition from the old system to the forest products planning market economy and promote the further development of forestry productivity. Fujian Sanming Forestry Commission established the Forestry Shareholders’ Meeting and Forestry Joint-stock Company in 1983 in Shawuhu Village, Qingxiu County and Pakheng Village, Mingxi County. With the principle of “dividing mountains into shares and dividing profits into branches regardless of forest”, 64.2% of the 2826 mu of forest land in the city belongs to 1,707 rural forestry shareholders’ meetings, effectively stopping indiscriminate logging and raising forestry economic benefits and Ecological Benefits.
