对玉米种子蛋白电泳图谱的特点进行了分析，在此基础上进一步提出电泳图谱图象中泳道边界的分析方法──边界提取时的阈值迭代技术及其相关的图象锐化回归技术。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the electrophoresis map of maize seed protein, the method of analyzing the boundary of the lanes in the electropherogram image is further proposed - the threshold iterative technique in the boundary extraction and the related image sharpening regression technique.
