日前,德国博世(Bosch)公司开发出了一种液冷式汽车发电机,并且目前已在装备有先进的V8和V12发动机的宝马5系列和7系列轿车上应用。这种由博世和宝马共同开发的汽车交流发电机,能在降低电机运行噪声的同时,为汽车提供更大的输出功率。 经测试表明,这种发电机在没有冷却风扇的情况下,可以轻松达到150A的电流输出。另外,它的安装方式也非常奇特,是由一个整体式外壳将其罩住,与汽车发动机主体安装在一起,外形看起来与发动机浑然一体。这种安装方式具有简便、可靠且能降低振动和噪声的优点。此外,它还能保护车上有关电气设备正常使用。
Recently, Bosch GmbH of Germany developed a liquid-cooled automotive generator and is currently in use on BMW 5 Series and 7 Series sedans equipped with advanced V8 and V12 engines.
