在大鼠玻璃体内注射脑源性神经营养因子（ＢＤＮＦ）或正常羊血清（对照），观察对急性高眼压后视网膜电图的影响。急性高眼压后３天，实验组视网膜电图ｂ波恢复程度明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＢＤＮＦ能促进急性高眼压后视网膜电生理功能的恢复
The effect of acute ocular hypertension on electroretinography was observed in rats after vitreous injection of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) or normal goat serum (control). After 3 days of acute intraocular hypertension, the degree of recovery of B wave in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). It is suggested that BDNF can promote the recovery of electrophysiological function of retina after acute ocular hypertension
