要发挥思想政治工作应有的社会效应，就必须致力于思想政治工作的科学化。思想政治工作的科学化应体现在如下几个方面：一、正确认识人、对待人、提高人；二、正确协调人际关系；三、正确认识和处理社会关系；四、正确认识和处理国际关系；五、正确认识和处理人类与自然的关系。
In order to bring into full play the social effects that ideological and political work should have, we must commit ourselves to the scientificization of ideological and political work. The scientificization of ideological and political work should be reflected in the following aspects: First, to correctly understand and treat people and improve people; secondly, to properly coordinate interpersonal relationships; thirdly, to correctly understand and handle social relations; and to correctly understand and handle international relations Fifth, to correctly understand and handle the relationship between mankind and nature.
