在中型板式超滤 /纳滤器上 ,采用自制的荷负电膜进行了明胶蛋白水溶液的浓缩实验 ,探讨了一些因素对明胶蛋白的分离效果 ,确定了较合理的工艺参数 .实验结果表明 ,用自制的膜浓缩明胶蛋白是可行的 ,有望改进现行的明胶生产工艺 ,并建议采用下列参数 :膜的切割分子量为 5万 ,流速压差范围为 0 .0 6～ 0 .0 8MPa ,pH 8,操作压力为 0 .3MPa ,温度为 55℃ .
