本文应用影子价格理论,对供水资源进行了分析,计算出供水的社会效益。用影子价格计算产出物的价值量,是反映了供水资源得到最佳利用的。按影子价格计算供水的社会效益,对评价项目的国民经济效果,是一条可行的途径。
In this paper, shadow price theory is applied to analyze the water resources and calculate the social benefits of water supply. Using shadow prices to calculate the value of the output reflects the optimal use of water resources. Calculating the social benefits of water supply at the shadow price is a feasible way to evaluate the national economic results of the project.
