为了深入探讨决策与咨询在我国四化建设中的重要作用和如何在我国各管理层次实现决策的科学化、民主化和程序化,《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志在创刊10周年之际,举办了全国性“决策与咨询”研讨会,于1990年5月22日至25日在天津举行。许多全国著名专家学者专程来天津参加了会议,并就有关问题做了报告、发言和讨论。200多名代表欢聚一堂,围绕决策与咨询中的重要问题进行了学术交流。
In order to further explore the important role of decision-making and consultation in the construction of the four modernizations in our country and how to realize the scientific, democratization and proceduralization of decision-making in all management levels in China, on the 10th anniversary of the founding of Science and Technology Management Magazine, A national seminar on “decision-making and consultation” was held and was held in Tianjin from May 22 to 25, 1990. Many well-known national experts and scholars made a special trip to Tianjin to attend the meeting and made reports, speeches and discussions on relevant issues. Over 200 delegates gathered for academic exchanges around important issues in policymaking and consultation.
