一、体育问题意识的含义 教育心理学把“问题”定义为: “给定信 息和要达到目标之间有某些障碍需要被克服的 刺激情境。”这就是说,学生的问题意识总是和 一定的认知活动或思维活动联结在一起。体育 问题意识则表现为学生在体育学习中,常意识 到一些和自身认知相冲突的、带有疑点且难以 解决的问题,并产生一种主动探讨、积极思考、 敢于发问、质疑和阐述自我观点的心理活动状 态。这种状态又驱使学生在平时学练中积极思 维,不断发现问题,提出问题。我们把这种心 理活动的问题性思维品质称为体育问题意识。
