随着电子商务的普及,针对电子商务企业发展中存在着企业投入不断加大,但却无法评价企业投入与产出相互关系的运行效率的问题,以11家电子商务公司为评价单元,以2011至2013年3年数据为样本,以企业营销成本、员工人数和总资产为输入数据,以会员人数、营业收入为输出数据,建立了基于VRS的BCC模型,分析各个企业在各个年度中发展状况以及各个电子商务企业3年中总体发展变化趋势。最后,针对3年中各个企业不同的变化趋势提出了我国电子商务企业发展中存在的不足以及产生的原因,并进一步提出了企业发展策略与方法。
With the popularization of e-commerce, there are some problems in the development of e-commerce enterprise, such as increasing input of enterprises, but unable to evaluate the operational efficiency of the relationship between input and output of enterprises. Finally, according to the different trends of each enterprise in three years, this paper puts forward the shortcomings and causes of the development of e-commerce enterprises in our country and further proposes the strategies and methods of enterprise development.
