核心提示:当前,职务犯罪的法律形式日趋复杂,实践中还往往呈现出多种形态交织的特点。这表明,职务犯罪的主体日趋多元化,犯罪手段日趋隐蔽化、复杂化和智能化,犯罪思想成因日趋深层化,这无疑给职务犯罪侦查工作提出了严峻的挑战。兰州市检察院以锲而不舍的决心,实行技术侦察、银行查证、政策攻心等手段多管齐下,一举查办了兰州市运管处腐败窝案,取得了良好的社会效果。
