让“刺头”担任班干的“招安”现象,体现了教育的宽容,颇受追捧,但却值得深入探讨。从教师“招安”后进生的原因看,既有改造后进生个性的高尚目的,也有教育环境不够宽松的无奈选择,更有学校追求升学率的现实要求。这种做法有着严重的不良后果,不仅破坏了规则和制度,而且不利于被“招安”学生和其他学生的健康成长。“招安”现象反映了教育行为中的惩罚缺位、盲目赏识,也反映了对教育效果的认识过于理想化。
