随着管理理念的进步,越来越多的企业从战略层面考虑设计薪酬管理体系,使之与企业战略相匹配。文章探讨了战略和薪酬的关系,提出构建战略导向型薪酬体系的方案。
With the progress of management concepts, more and more companies have considered the design of the compensation management system at the strategic level to match the corporate strategy. The article discusses the relationship between strategy and compensation and proposes a plan for building a strategically oriented compensation system.
