在创建实验性示范性高中的活动中,我们全面地梳理了上海师范大学附中40多年办学的历史与经验,结合我个人几十年从事教育工作的体会,提出了“发展教育”的办学思想。“发展教育”的核心就是要创设时间与空间,让“每一个帅生都得到充分和谐的发展”。我们认为,只有教师得到发展,学生的发展才有保证。为此,几年来,我们一直非常重视教师的培养,希望通过不懈的有效努力,造就一支数量充足、年龄结构和职称结构合理、师德水平高、具有先进的教育理念和强烈的敬业精
In the activity of creating an experimental demonstration high school, we comprehensively sorted out the history and experience of running schools in the middle school of Shanghai Normal University for more than 40 years, combined with my personal experience of engaging in education for several decades, and put forward the idea of “development education”. The core of “development education” is to create time and space so that “every handsome student is fully and harmoniously developed”. We believe that only the development of teachers can guarantee the development of students. Therefore, over the past few years, we have always attached great importance to the cultivation of teachers. We hope that through unremitting efforts, we can create a sufficient number of people with a reasonable age structure and title structure, a high level of professional ethics, advanced educational concepts and a strong sense of professionalism.
