2013年12月28日,全国人大常委会通过废止劳教制度的决定,延续半个多世纪的劳教制度走到尽头。从中央决定提出废止劳动教养制度,到全国人大常委会正式废止劳教制度,短短一个多月时间,中央重行践诺的改革魄力体现了对社会民意的尊重,彰显了我国人权司法保障制度的进步。根据决定,劳教制度废止前,依法作出的劳教决定有效;在劳教制度废止后,对正在被依法执行劳教的人员解除劳动教养,剩余期限不再执行。全国人大常委会委员长张德江指出,随着社会主义民主法治建设的进步,劳
