本文研究了在工业锅炉生产中材质为20g 的锅炉筒体埋弧自动焊焊接接头弯曲塑性(冷弯角)不足的问题,进行了20g 埋弧自动焊工艺试验,对焊接接头的冷弯断口进行了电镜分析.试验发现,氢致断口白点(俗称鱼眼)是导致接头冷弯角不足的主要原因,采用预热、后热、脱氢处理等工艺措施是提高接头塑性的有效途径。研究内容与结论,对解决现行工业锅炉生产中存在的实际问题具有重要意义。
In this paper, the problem of insufficient bending plasticity (cold bending angle) of submerged arc welded joints of boiler tubes with a material of 20g in industrial boiler production was investigated. The 20g submerged arc automatic welding technology test was carried out. The cold bending fracture of welded joints Electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that the hydrogen induced fracture white spot (commonly known as the fish eye) is the main reason leading to the insufficient cold corner of the joint. Preheating, post-heating and dehydrogenation are the effective ways to improve the plasticity of the joint. The research contents and conclusions are of great significance to solve the practical problems in the current industrial boiler production.
