October 19, 2009, 2009-2011 Ministry of Education - China Mobile Primary School Headmaster Training Project Launching Ceremony was held at the State Education Administration College. Li Weihong, vice minister of education, Li Zhengmao, vice president of China Mobile attended the conference and delivered speeches. He also awarded 200 primary and secondary school principals training practice schools and awarded employment letters to training instructors. Li Weihong pointed out that primary and secondary school principals bear the historical responsibility of leading the school reform and development and implementing quality education in an all-round way.
