大学生党员是当代青年的优秀代表,是党和国家的重要后备力量,由此高校党建工作显得由为重要。本文就大学生入党动机进行了分析并提出了不成熟的指导意见,以保证高校发展党员的质量。
The college student party members are the outstanding representatives of the contemporary youth and an important reserve force for the party and the country. Therefore, the party building in colleges and universities has become an important issue. This paper analyzes the motivation of college students to join the party and puts forward immature guidance to ensure the quality of party members in colleges and universities.
