目的探讨氟伐他汀钠与辛伐他汀对高血压患者左心室肥厚及舒张功能的影响。方法研究对象取自我院2014年1月-2014年12月收治的84例原发性高血压患者,随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各42例。在常规降血压治疗的同时,对照组给予辛伐他汀,观察组给予氟伐他汀钠,统计两组患者治疗前后血压、左心室肥厚指标以及心功能指标。结果治疗前,对照组与观察组E/A值分别为(1.08±0.39)和(0.96±0.36),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,对照组E/A值(0.93±0.41)较治疗前无显著改变(P<0.05),观察组E/A值(1.32±0.42)较治疗前显著提升,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);且两组患者血压指标、左心室肥厚指标治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀钠与辛伐他汀均能有效降低血压,逆转高血压左心室肥厚。与辛伐他汀比较,氟伐他汀钠还能改善左室舒张功能,适合在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin sodium and simvastatin on left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The subjects were from 84 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014. All patients were divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in random number table. At the same time of routine hypotensive therapy, simvastatin was administered to the control group and fluvastatin sodium was given to the observation group. Blood pressure, left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function were measured before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the E / A values of the control group and the observation group were (1.08 ± 0.39) and (0.96 ± 0.36), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) (0.93 ± 0.41) compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). The E / A value of the observation group (1.32 ± 0.42) increased significantly compared with that before treatment, with significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05) The blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy indexes of the two groups had significant differences before and after treatment (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both fluvastatin sodium and simvastatin can effectively lower blood pressure and reverse the hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. Compared with simvastatin, fluvastatin sodium can also improve left ventricular diastolic function, suitable for clinical application.
