根据国家建材总局下达的发展新型框架轻板建筑材料科研任务的要求,我所在上级领导的关怀下,与北京市建筑设计院、北京砖厂、河南建工材料研究所、北京市建工研究所、北京市饰面小组、国家建委建材安装公司,北京市建材建筑工程二处等兄弟单位协作,研究、设计、建造了一幢300平方米框架轻板试验性建筑,探索了框架轻板多层住宅的装配设计,以及空心柱框架、轻楼板和轻型复合墙板的构造型式、制作与应用等问题。试验楼的科研工作于1975年7月底开始,1976年底竣工。
