一、前言众所周知,控制轧制法不但是代替热处理的高强度、高韧性钢板制造法,而且对于改善焊接热影响区的韧性及脆性裂纹传播停止性能也是非常有效的。业已研究成功的KONTROLL工艺,是使控制轧制效果得以尽量发挥的轧制方法,这种方法适用于以Si-Mn为主要成分的造船用50公斤/毫米~2级钢板和使用温度达-60℃的低温用铝镇静的钢板等。这些钢板的强韧化是由于热轧时的奥氏体晶粒细化,尤其是转变后的铁素体·珠光体组织完全细化所致。
