笔者对50岁以上无皮质激素禁忌症40例带状疱疹使用递减法强的松治疗收到较满意的效果。现报告如下: (一)治疗方法:采用强的松递减法,即强的松30mg Bid×5,20mg Bid×5,10mg Bid×5,10mg Qd×5。预防疱疹继发感染外用1％利达洗剂,搽患处,一日数次,为减轻上消化道反应加服维生素B_6,肝功能不良者加服肌苷。 (二)疗效观察:患者一般服药1—2天即见疗效,神经疼痛明显减轻及至消失。本组服药1—2天神经疼痛消失8例,服药3—5天疼痛消失21例,服药6—8天疼痛消失9例,服药8天以上疼
