氢化考的松和地塞米松为临床常用药物。尤其氢化考的松在炎症等多种疾病中广泛应用。但它们做为肾上腺皮质激素样作用对血糖影响,尤其在血糖呈现昼夜节律时,两种药物对血糖峰、谷期影响如何,还鲜为人知。我们的工作为此提供了实验依据。节律性实验着重控制自然环境条件对动物的影响。首先将小白鼠置光(07:00~19:OO)—暗(19:00~07:00)条件下饲养一周。实验前8h禁食不禁水,用氧化酶法在6个时间点分别测血糖及药物对血糖作用的昼夜节律性。
Hydrocortisone and dexamethasone are commonly used in clinical medicine. In particular, hydrocortisone in a variety of diseases such as inflammation is widely used. However, they are little known as the effects of glucocorticoid-like effects on blood glucose, especially when the blood glucose shows a circadian rhythm and how the two drugs affect blood glucose peaks and valleys. Our work provides an experimental basis for this. Rhythmic experiments focus on controlling the impact of natural conditions on animals. First of all, mice were placed in the light (07: 00 ~ 19: OO) - dark (19:00 ~ 07:00) feeding conditions for a week. 8h before the experiment can not help but fasting water, using oxidase method at 6 time points were measured blood glucose and blood glucose drugs circadian rhythm.
