中华民族是一个经受过无数次磨难的坚强民族。任何一次重大的灾难,都是一次心灵的洗礼和震撼,相信所有中国人和千千万万关注这场特大天灾的世界各地的民众,这一刻都会感觉到生命的脆弱与无常,也体会到生命的宝贵,更感受到人性之美。中国人民心系灾难中的同胞,体现了中华民族在危难时刻精诚团结的传统和意志。强震袭来!英雄纷至!数以万计奉命抢险救灾的中国官兵的英勇表现,以及无数民众自发参与救灾赈灾的无私行动,也令人为之动容。这些涌现出来的英雄儿女们挽救了无数生命,也让世人看到了中国挺起的脊梁!在此,谨以几幅微小的片段,记录那些奋斗在抗震救灾第一线的解放军武警官兵、公安消防队伍、医疗卫生人员、教师、外国友人,以及无数为抗震救灾默默奉献的人们。他们无愧于英雄的称号!
