工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,校内实训基地的建设是高技能型人才培养的关键,是开展工学结合的物质保证。本文对校内实训基地建设过程中的科学论证、建设思路、发展规划,对实训基地的共享性、通用性原则,对实训设备、场所等硬件设施以及实训教材、教学标准、实训指导师资、管理制度等软件方面的建设要求进行探讨,结合本校校内实训基地建设情况,说明只有做好论证、规划、软硬件的建设,才能充分发挥实训基地功能,提高人才培养的质量。
