“12388”工作法,即“一岗双责三服务,八注重八实现”。一岗双责:是指党员干部一个岗位两种职责,即履行好本职岗位的工作职责,并对分管范围内的党风廉政建设负责。三服务:服务大局、服务群众、服务发展。八注重八实现:注重联系群众,实现干群沟通零距离;注重严谨规范,实现工作推进零梗阻;注重勤政高效,实现机关效能零懈怠;注重优质便民,实现服务群众零投诉;注重革新除弊,实现跨越发展零障碍;注重勤俭节约,实现公务支出零浪费:注重清正廉洁,实现干部队伍零违纪;注重预警纠错,实现严格问责零容忍。
