长期以来,氢氧化钙已经成为直接盖髓剂或在深龋区作为间接盖髓剂。现今牙科专业已将氢氧化钙用于复合树脂下面作为护髓基衬,以保护牙髓。本研究之目的是应用美国牙科学会材料测试标准,该标准使用更为一致的试验步骤,研究充填材料对牙髓反应的影响。在上下颌骨的前后乳牙及恒牙用不同氢氧化钙制剂作洞衬后,研究其生物学反应。比较了Dyeal,Pulpdent,MPC-10和MPC-12四种氢氧化钙制剂的反应。并用氧化锌丁香油粘固粉和硅粘固粉作对照。
Calcium hydroxide has long been a direct capping agent or an indirect capping agent in deep caries. Dental professionals nowadays use calcium hydroxide under the composite resin as a pulp base to protect the dental pulp. The purpose of this study was to apply the American Association of Dental Materials Testing Standards, which use more consistent testing procedures to study the effects of filling material on pulp response. Before and after the mandibular deciduous teeth and permanent teeth with different calcium hydroxide preparations for the lining, the study of its biological response. The reaction of the four calcium hydroxide preparations of Dyeal, Pulpdent, MPC-10 and MPC-12 was compared. And with zinc oxide clove oil cement and silicon cement as a control.
