在高校开设散手项目,不仅使大学生掌握防身技术,也能全面提高身体素质,锻炼和培养他们体育心理以及意志品质。柔韧素质的提高,尤其是下肢、肩的柔韧性提高不仅扩大关节的活动范围,还能提高灵活性和协调性。对学习散手动作技术有很大帮助,从中获得成就感而增强了练习的自信心,还能满足自我表现、自尊等心理从而提高对体育的热情。但大部分大学生在中小学期间体育的缺失,造成他们体育能力、身体及心理素质处于比较差的水平。

It is very helpful to learn the techniques of Sanshou, gain the sense of accomplishment and strengthen the self-confidence of practice, and also can satisfy the self-expression, self-esteem and other psychology so as to improve the enthusiasm for sports. However, the majority of college students lack of physical education during primary and secondary schools, resulting in their poor physical abilities, physical and mental qualities.
