当今社会的经济发展迅速,经济环境也日趋复杂化和多元化,一些单位内部管理松弛,控制薄弱,其缺陷逐渐暴露出来。中小企业是国民经济不可或缺的组成部分,对经济发展和社会稳定的促进起着十分重要的作用。这使得企业要进一步加强经营管理,就必须健全内部控制制度。本文通过简要阐述内部控制在企业中的作用,分析了内部控制体系以及其重要意义,阐述了内部控制对企业经营管理的影响,并针对目前存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
In today’s society, the economy has developed rapidly and the economic environment has also become increasingly complicated and diversified. Some units have loose internal management and weak control, and their flaws are gradually exposed. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an indispensable part of the national economy and play an important role in promoting economic development and social stability. This makes enterprises to further strengthen management, we must improve the internal control system. By briefly explaining the role of internal control in the enterprise, this paper analyzes the internal control system and its significance, elaborates the impact of internal control on the operation and management of the enterprise, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the existing problems.
