2011 is the beginning year of the“12th Five-year Plan”Period.In the complicated and changeable environment at home and abroad,China rubber industry has adhered to scientific development,speeded up the transformation of economic development mode, strengthened technical and management innovation and coped with various risks and challenges actively. As a result,with the basically steady economic operation and progresses in structure regulation and mode transformation,the steady beginning of the“12th Five-year Plan”has been realized.
