“中国宪法学基本范畴与方法学术研讨会”经过了第一届至第十届,2015年的第十一届是再启程的一届。为了更讨论更聚焦、更有利于推动促成中国宪法学基本范畴共识的达成,本届会议在会议形式进行了新的尝试、会议内容的讨论也由此呈现出一些新的景象。在一天半的会议中,我记录了讨论中的一些精彩片段以及由此激发的一些观感,现从会议形式和会议内容两大方面,介绍一下在组织和聆听这次承前启后的会议过程中的一些学习感受。 The Symposium on the Basic Category and Methods of Chinese Constitutional Law After the first to tenth sessions, the eleventh session in 2015 is a re-departure. In order to discuss more focused and more conducive to the promotion of the consensus reached in the basic categories of constitutional science in China, this session made new attempts in the form of a meeting. Discussions on the content of the meeting also presented some new perspectives. During the one and a half days of the meeting, I recorded some wonderful fragments of the discussion and some of the feelings I felt inspired by it.
