药品招标采购主是要指数家医疗机构联合组织,共同委托招标代理机构组织的药品招标采购。药品集中招标采购对规范医疗机构购药、提高药品采购透明度、遏制药品流通领域不正之风、保证药品质量、加快我国城镇医药卫生体制改革,都具有极其重要的意义。但药品招标采购工作在我国是一个全新的工作,是改革中出现的新事物,笔者就如何做好药品集中招标采购工作进行探讨。
Drug bidding and purchasing master is to index the joint medical organizations, commissioned by the bidding agency jointly bid for medicine procurement. Centralized bidding and purchasing of medicines has extremely important meanings to regulate the purchase of drugs by medical institutions, improve the transparency of drug purchase, curb the unhealthy tendencies in the field of drug circulation, ensure the quality of medicines and accelerate the reform of urban medical and health systems in our country. However, the bidding and purchasing of medicines is a brand-new work in our country and a new thing appeared in the reform. The author discusses how to do the bidding and purchasing of medicines centrally.
