采用银在水溶液表面形成C18SH自组装膜(SAMs)的工艺,在银表面得到致密、平整,表现出明显疏水性的SAMs。EMPA和XPS测试表明,表面活性剂分别作为C18SH的分散剂,自组装过程中起到传输作用,本身不参与成膜,但影响SAMs的厚度和倾斜角。银试样表面的Ag2O在成膜过程中被硫醇中的H-S键还原为Ag,同时有Ag-S-C18H37键的形态形成。
Silver was used to form C18SH self-assembled films (SAMs) on the surface of aqueous solution to obtain SAMs with dense, flat surface and obvious hydrophobicity on silver surface. EMPA and XPS tests showed that surfactants act as dispersants for C18SH, respectively, and act as a transporter during self-assembly. They do not participate in film formation, but affect the thickness and tilt angle of SAMs. Ag2O on the surface of silver sample was reduced to Hg by the H-S bond in the thiol during the film formation, and Ag-S-C18H37 bond was formed at the same time.
